By accessing or using SoyAgent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using SoyAgent on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.

2. Licensing

SoyAgent is primarily licensed under the MIT License. Use of the software is governed by that license. Enterprise features and hosted services may be subject to additional commercial agreements.

3. Responsible Use of Autonomy

SoyAgent provides autonomous agent capabilities. You are solely responsible for the actions taken by your agents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Compliance with the Terms of Service of connected SaaS providers (e.g., Google, Notion).
• Ensuring agents do not perform illegal or harmful actions.
• Monitoring agent activity via the provided Human-in-the-Loop controls.

4. Limitation of Liability

SoyAgent is provided "as is". While we prioritize security via our zero-trust architecture, we are not responsible for any data loss, API costs, or security breaches resulting from misconfiguration or misuse of the agent.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
